Open the base skin and extract the following files: Now you have the base skin, make a folder on your desktop and call it 'skin'. You can download it from (remember that this is a 'classic' winamp skin tutorial, so please select version 2 download!) or if you can't find it there download from here. So first, you're going to need the base skin.
